Before Contacting Us
How long does customization take?
Each piece is made to order. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for preparation in the workshop, followed by 2 to 8 days for delivery, depending on your region in Madagascar.
Can I change my customization after placing an order?
Yes, as long as the order hasn't been processed yet. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, and we'll work it out with you.
Do you deliver outside of Antananarivo?
Yes, we ship to all regions of Madagascar. Delivery times vary depending on the destination—they'll be shown to you when you place your order.
What should you do if an item arrives damaged?
Email us with a photo of the item and your order number—we'll take care of the replacement or refund right away.
