1. Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused and unopened items in their original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Personalized or customized items (personalized Bibles, custom gifts) cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return shipping label within 3 business days.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will send a replacement at no extra charge.
